Delete your account.

You can delete your Ariadne account and its data yourself, in the app, at any time. If you no longer have the app, write to us and we will do it for you.

In the app

Open Ariadne and tap your avatar at the top right of Home.
Settings opens. Scroll to Danger zone at the bottom and tap Show.
Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

It happens straight away and cannot be undone. You are signed out on that device.

By email

Write to contact@getariadne.xyz from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by email when it is done, within one month at the latest.

What is deleted, and when

Your recordings and bug-report screenshots, first.
Then your account itself: your profile, progress and practice answers, your plan and to-dos, contacts, applications and interviews, and everything else you created.
Widget access keys and the record of notifications sent to you.

All of it is deleted at once, when you confirm. Copies in our provider's backups expire within 30 days. Nothing is kept after that.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. If you subscribed, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account, where you bought it.
